The Durie Hill Elevator and tunnel will be closed from Monday, 9 September through to Friday, 13 September so planned drainage improvements can begin.
Whanganui Connection will run a replacement shuttle each day during the closure, maintaining the regular weekday hours of 7:30am-6pm.
The shuttle travels between each entrance (2 Blyth Street and 42 Anzac Parade) – it takes bikes and accepts cash, eftpos and your existing concession tickets. You can also call or text the shuttle ahead at 022 318 8537.
