Under Section 4 of the Transport (Vehicular Traffic Road Closure) Regulations 1965, Whanganui District Council proposes to close the following road for the Wanganui Harrier Club 2024 Pak’n Save Whanganui 3 Bridges Marathon.

4.30am to 1.00pm
Whanganui City Bridge – from Victoria Avenue to Anzac Parade
During the proposed closure, directional signs will be in place to show the alternative route.
Any person affected by the proposed closure who wishes to object must lodge in writing their objection, including reasons, by Saturday, 2 November 2024 to Melanie Francis, Customer Support Team Leader, at 101 Guyton Street, Whanganui or by email
