Under the Transport (Vehicular Traffic Road Closure) Regulations 1965, the following roads will be closed for 2025 Vintage Weekend events:
Vintage on Drews
7.00am-7.00pm, Saturday, 18 January 2025
- Drews Avenue from Taupo Quay to Ridgway Street
- Rutland Street from Drews Avenue to NZ Glassworks building
Riverside Shindig
7.00am-6.00pm, Sunday, 19 January 2025
- Moutoa Quay from Drews Avenue to Taupo Quay
During the closures, directional signs will be in place to show the alternative routes.
It will be an offence for any person other than those under the authority of an authorised permit to use this road for ordinary vehicular traffic during the closures.
